Okay first of all, opan up the photoshop program. than opan the image you want. than, write the word you want over the image. Ex. w w w . a z i z . n e t Than go to this box and change R.G.B to 128, it will make the color to gray.

after that go to layer>>layer style>>bevel and Emboss.
It will pop up a window like this.

Than go to style and change it to Emboss.
After that change Depth to 461
after that change size to 9
than click OK.

finally, go to OPACITY and change it to 66%
and change FILL to 38%
